The employment process of our firm is based on “equal opportunities” and they are conducted according to the criteria provided in our Human Resources Regulations. The applications are evaluated in terms of the applied positions, the education and experience level of the applicant by our human resources department initially and then the candidates selected are subject to the following processes.
Besides submitting a “general application” to our firm, it is possible to apply to us with the same form for staff that we require for certain functions.
The candidates are evaluated according to the assignment field and degree preferences section on the application form.
Our human resources Group operates in line with your preferences and it is in favor of the applicant that all preference fields on the form should be filled in with attention and care.
Proficiency Evaluation Tests
The applicants submitting for authority assistant and junior positions and for managerial positions which are experienced in the Manufacturing Industry sector for less than 3 years will be subject to proficiency tests. The candidates found suitable according to these conditions might be invited to sit the proficiency test via our WEB sites application message window, SMS, telephone or e-mail in order to be assessed for personnel assignment requirements present or in the future.
The forms of applicants who are not invited for a proficiency test within 6 months of their application date will be filed in our archives.
