Our Training Policy

As a training group our mission is;

  1. 1. To create an applicable formation of information and skills.

Our strategies;

  • To give the right person, the right training for the right purpose at the right time,
  • To provide training in the related fields by adopting the motto “training is the key to success”,
  • To train new İmortaş Family Members capable of powerful communication and who believe in team success as well as personal success ,      
  • To strengthen the “us” feeling as a family.

The purpose of our training is to provide personal and technical development of our personnel with the carrier trainings they participate in and to ensure they become eligible for their position within the career planning process.

Our training system ensures that our personnel is supported with vocational training since they day they begin their work and continue their training in the related field in accordance with the career plans. This system provides priority for our staff who take responsibility of new positions due to assignment changes and for those who reserve the terms required for a senior position.
Our training session subjects;

  • Career trainings,
  • On- the -job trainings,
  • Outer firm trainings

are planned jointly.

Career Trainings
In the position that our personnel works, the type of trainings that are required for their career development are determined with training maps when they begin their training. Our personnel that experience position changes between levels will first be supported with the required trainings in order to adapt to their duty.
Career trainings include skill and personal development supportive trainings besides covering subjects such as technical manufacturing and quality.

On –the –job Trainings
They are trainings that are arranged together with our class trainings, in order to broaden our personnel’s vision in subjects related to the duty, or in order to provide them support for contacting other units related to the subjects that they have gained expertise in for progress in their careers.

Outer Firm Trainings
They are trainings prepared in order to increase the vocational knowledge and experience of our personnel with high performance by participation in local or international trainings outside the firm.
