Group Health Insurance
Besides the entire of our employees being covered with SKK (social security); them and their spouses and children are also within the coverage of AXA OYAK private group health insurance.
Group Life Insurance
All of our personnel is covered with private group insurance from the day they begin work. Compensation is paid to the employee if the personal retires from disability. In cases of death the insurance is paid to the beneficiaries by the insurance company.
Group Retirement Plan
Any employee who wishes to may join the Group Retirement Plan prepared in special terms for our firm by Oyak Insurance. Those employees who choose to join our firms’ individual retirement system with minimum 2% of their monthly wages will have 2% added to their monthly gross payment.
Transportation
Our firm provides transport service to almost every destination within the Bursa region. Our employees are able to reach our factory from the surrounding areas within the designated time schedules. Special services are available for employees that work after hours.
Meals
Lunch for our employees is supplied from our canteen services. There are also meals prepared for after hour workers.
Time off
The period of Holidays with pay in compliance with the work act is 14 days for employees working firm 1 to 5 years and 20 days for those who have been employed for 5 to 15 years and 26 days for those employed over 15 years.
